History

PRODUMAR was founded in Natal in the Ribeira district on the banks of the Potengi river in 1970.

It initially benefited and exported frozen lobster tail to the US. In the 1990s it became one of the pioneer companies in the export of potiguar captive shrimp and in the 2000s reached the highest shrimp processor brand for export to the USA. In recent years it has built a private fishing port to meet the demand for services that ocean fishing has created in the Brazilian NE.

Thus, after four decades of tradition, PRODUMAR continues to be a reference in the export of fish from our Brazil.
